Our Partial Service Package is for the Bride who has planned certain aspects of her wedding day but is feeling overwhelmed and needs an expert to provide unlimited professional advice as well as manage the details of the wedding day.
Our event planners will make sure your wedding weekend is stress free, magical as well as memorable.
What's included:
- Unlimited e-mail and phone support throughout the planning process
- 2 three hour meetings to discuss all wedding details, plans and budget
- Review and evaluate vendor contracts
- Attend wedding rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions (Up to two hours)
- Establish color combinations, theme and design concepts
- Up to 10 hours of assistance on day of wedding
- Customized personal timelines and detailed to-do lists
- Coordinate all dynamic facets of your day: vendor management and attend to guests needs
- Provide assistant with ceremony and reception planning
Provide professional vendor and venue recommendations within your budget with negotiated rates & incentives
Accompany bride on up to four site visits with vendors
- Assist with the selection of favors, gifts and wedding accessories
Final consultation to go over all details of wedding
Provide wedding day schedule to wedding party/family members and vendors
Oversee all wedding day deliveries and set up
Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception
Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the designated person
Assist and direct the bridal party prior to walking down the aisle
Provide complimentary wedding emergency kit
Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding
On site coordination and management throughout the day
*30% Deposit at signing of contract
*40% Deposit due on the sixth month of planning
*30% Balance paid one week prior to the wedding day
