Are you the bride who has planned everything herself, but would like to be free of stress on the big day? Our "Day Of" Wedding Package is designed to ensure that your special day is flawless!
What's included:
During the 2 months prior – two meeting with the client
1st meeting – Review all vendor contracts provided by client
2nd meeting – Final detail meeting with client (at venue if possible)
Unlimited emails and phone calls during the two month period
Conduct rehearsal up to 2 hours
- Act as the liaison for the Wedding Party and all Vendors
- Set up of special event decor items including favors, table seating cards, placing menus, guest book, etc.
- Coordinate family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximize photographer time
Orchestrate ceremony processional & recessional
- Work with the venue to ensure a smooth transition between cocktail hour & reception (including the introduction of the couple)
- Help bride into her gown/bustle gown at reception
- Assist groom and wedding party
- Provide "Day of" timeline, itineraries and checklists
- Provide complimentary "Emergency Kit"
- Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments
- Ensure gifts and envelopes are turned in to your designated family member or friend at the end of the evening...optional
- Distribute all tossing items (e.g.: bouquet and garter)
- Greet all guests at reception and provide any necessary directions
- Handle any last minute emergencies
*50% Deposit at signing of contract with balance one week prior to wedding day
